Paul Hassan is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Jacksonville, Florida. With a strong background in land development and strategic project management, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality results across a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

As the President of Terra Dev, Paul leads all aspects of operations, including projects financing and land acquisition support. His leadership is defined by a practical, solution-driven approach and a commitment to efficiency, safety, and long-term value creation.

Throughout his career, Paul has overseen the successful execution of complex development initiatives across North Florida, consistently emphasizing responsible growth, innovative planning, and strong stakeholder relationships. His ability to navigate both the business and technical sides of development has positioned Terra Dev as a trusted partner for builders, investors, and property owners.

Known for his work ethic, integrity, and strategic vision, Paul continues to play an active role in shaping the region’s development landscape while fostering collaborative, community-minded growth.

Yazan Haddad is the Chief Executive Officer of Terra Dev, LLC, where he leads a diverse team to deliver innovative developments and transformative projects.

Yazan holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and brings over three and a half decades of international experience across the United States, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Throughout his career, Yazan has played a pivotal role in the delivery of numerous mega, mixed-use developments for both the public and private sectors. His leadership has guided projects from inception to completion across diverse sectors — including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, entertainment, industrial, and marine developments, as well as land reclamation and world-class marina projects.

Renowned for his unwavering dedication to excellence, strategic foresight and management, Yazan leads with a mission to drive the creation of robust developments serving the community with long-term value and meaningful change.  With a long career rooted in civil engineering and elevated by executive vision, Yazan brings together innovation, integrity, and impact to every initiative he undertakes.

Clint Shea is a Jacksonville native with more than 25 years’ experience in land development and land acquisition. Growing up in the industry has allowed him to gain unique experiences and lifelong relationships across the market. Clint has been on all sides of the market while working for developers and builders allowing him to create communities that are both cost effective and thoughtful. Outside of work, Clint enjoys music, camping, surfing, building, and being in nature with his wife and daughters. 

With a strong background in operations and administration across both the healthcare and engineering industries, Samantha Campbell brings organization, efficiency, and reliability to every aspect of her work. As Executive Assistant, she serves as the central point of contact for all administrative needs, ensuring seamless coordination and support throughout the company.

Samantha is known for her proactive approach and ability to keep complex projects and teams running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and being with family and friends.
